As an experienced oud maker and restorer himself, Hank is a connoisseur of fine ouds. He is furthermore assisted in his selections by his good friend and teacher, the great oud virtuoso Necati Çelik. Consequently, these instruments are of a quality that is hard to find even in Turkey! Hank's experience as both luthier and performer enables him to ensure that each instrument has survived its perilous journey from Turkey, and is in perfect adjustment.
